How They See You

In all of the seasons of life, we get wrapped up in wondering if we are doing a good job if our boss is happy if our kids are happy if our spouse is happy.  We lose sight of the fact that they don't see us the way we perceive, and if we started to recognize that sooner, we would put less pressure on ourselves to show up in ways that challenge us.
